Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Strategy & Engagement Manager, Risk & Resilience, to shape and deliver a growing advisory capability. You will work across client pursuits and engagements, defining complex problems, structuring advisory solutions, and leading client workstreams with experts in security, cloud, AI, and compliance.

You will translate business and technology risks into actionable priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans, building executive-ready presentations and scalable processes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 6 years of related experience, alternative combinations allowed.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or technology transformation.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and delivering executive-level materials.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory workstreams from discovery through recommendations and execution planning.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, engagement approaches, and client materials.
• Coordinate subject matter experts across security, cloud, AI, compliance, architecture and delivery.
• Communicate progress to clients and executives, managing risks and decisions.
• Help develop repeatable Risk & Resilience methodologies and assets.
