Spectrum is seeking a Strategy & Engagement Manager, Risk & Resilience to help shape and deliver our growing advisory capability. You will work with enterprise clients and internal experts across security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery to translate risk and technology challenges into practical strategies and execution plans.

This role requires a strong consulting mindset, experience leading client workstreams, and the ability to develop repeatable methodologies and assets that scale across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6+ years in consulting, risk, resilience, or tech transformation.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business and technology risks into actionable recommendations.

Mansioni

• Define and structure complex challenges across risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance.
• Lead advisory workstreams from discovery through recommendations and execution planning.
• Develop executive-ready client deliverables and workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other leaders.
• Coordinate SMEs across cybersecurity, cloud, AI, compliance, architecture, and delivery to achieve client outcomes.
