Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Strategy & Engagement Manager in its Risk & Resilience advisory practice to shape and deliver enterprise risk and resilience solutions for large clients. You will work across client pursuits and engagements with security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery teams to translate risk into practical strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience or alternative combinations as described in the posting.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, technology transformation, or related field.
• Ability to structure complex business problems into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders and SMEs.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, proposals, scopes of work, and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure complex challenges related to enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance.
• Lead advisory workstreams from discovery through recommendations and execution planning.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and other leaders.
• Translate business and technology risks into priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Develop executive-ready client deliverables and foster trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and SMEs to shape advisory solutions and opportunities.
