Qualifications

• 2 years’ association in HR action cycles or errand orchestrating experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project research and data assessment, organizing sponsorships.
• Review reports, separate data, and cultivate critical pieces of information to enlighten project focus.
• Draft project trades, guidelines documents, and presentations.
• Support creation and movement of planning programs.
• Support the S&E Boss with end-to-end project execution across assignments.
