Qualifications

• Significant experience in marketing, growth strategy, customer engagement, loyalty, product marketing, performance marketing, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to drive measurable customer and business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong performance marketing experience, including setting objectives, investments, measuring incremental impact, and optimization.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer engagement strategy for Small Business customers and create a clear roadmap.
• Own performance across personalized offers, rewards, industry marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive customer engagement, incremental spending, revenue, and return on investment.
• Develop scalable personalized-engagement strategies connecting customers with relevant offers, rewards, benefits, and business solutions.
• Build alignment across Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Servicing, Marketing Operations, Business Development, Investment Management, Legal, Compliance, Membership Rewards, and Amex Offers.
• Secure enterprise decisions, investment, and delivery.
• Set priorities and expectations for a high-performing team.
• Lead, coach, and develop marketers and future leaders.
• Foster a team that produces insights, recommendations, and decisions.
