Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Strategy Director to define corporate and division priorities and translate them into concrete initiatives across the CE division.

The role partners with division leaders and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with Samsung's global strategy. You will drive executive communications, oversee large strategic projects from concept to launch, and develop financial analyses, business cases, and ROI assessments.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 15+ years of experience in technology, media, or telecom.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Proven leadership, executive collaboration, and project management in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence top management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy Development: develop annual and multi-year strategy across CE products and accessories; manage planning processes, budgets, and execution reviews.
• Provide Strategic Analyses & Thought Leadership: deliver insights on electronics industry, market trends, dashboards and executive-ready presentations; monitor market developments.
• Lead Executive Communications: create executive materials, mentor managers for delivery of communications, build relationships with executives.
• Manage Large Scale Strategic Projects: drive cross-divisional projects, build business cases and ROI analyses, develop new data frameworks and forecasting methods.
