Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy and Program Management to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence.

The role interfaces with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to advance Samsung’s strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in strategy or program management, MBA preferred, and a proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder programs with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in strategy, program management, or a similar role.
• Proven success supporting executive leadership through strategic program management and operational excellence.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting technology or product-driven teams.
• Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic outreach and engagement with C-suite executives across Fortune 100 companies.
• Coordinate meetings, relationship touchpoints, and post-engagement documentation; manage executive briefing materials.
• Act as strategic liaison between Corporate Strategy and other internal units; facilitate workshops and cross-functional strategy sessions.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives; track timelines and deliverables; report progress to stakeholders.
