Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 11-15 years in expense reduction consulting.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Print industry experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed department and personal KPI goals.
• Sell new projects and renewals to clients with urgency.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives.
• Identify and deliver new value to clients.
• Maximize client savings and retention of accounts.
• Maintain regular in-person engagement with executives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 direct reports.
• Collaborate with other groups to keep projects moving.
• Lead company and department improvement initiatives.
