Job summary

Metis Strategy is seeking a Senior Associate to lead projects within client engagements in a fast-paced, professional services setting. You will guide junior staff, manage client relationships, and deliver structured work plans with clear recommendations.

You will apply frameworks, perform analyses, and develop client-ready presentations and reports, driving strategic decisions across business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–8+ years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields.
• Graduate degree not required but a plus in a relevant field.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex data sources.
• Experience leading small projects or workstreams, mentoring up to 3 junior staff (Senior roles).
• Proven ability to create structured work plans and deliver for clients.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize large data sets.
• Ability to communicate complex business topics to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects or major workstreams within larger engagements.
• Manage relationships with senior clients and guide junior staff.
• Develop client presentations and reports and communicate recommendations.
• Perform hypothesis formulation, primary and secondary research, data collection and synthesis.
• Analyze company and industry trends, build models and present findings.
