- Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to executives and operational audiences
- Ability to produce polished analyses and recommendations for C-level initiatives
- Willingness to learn from others and build strong client/team relationships
- Entrepreneurial drive with an outcomes-oriented approach
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and their business applications
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
