Job summary

Metis Strategy is seeking a Manager to lead teams through client engagements that develop data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large enterprises. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to unlock growth, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable impact through advanced analytics, data governance, and technology transformation.

You will prototype AI solutions, define success criteria, and deliver high-quality strategy documents, roadmaps, and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7 to 10+ years in professional services, business strategy or management consulting.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative/technical/business field.
• People Management: track record leading small teams and complex workstreams.
• Location: Pacific time zone; mostly remote with occasional travel to client offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects delivering data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large enterprises.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to identify AI use cases and build business cases.
• Develop AI operating models, governance, and change management plans.
• Prepare deliverables: strategy documents, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Contribute to market research, benchmarking, and capability-building initiatives.
