Job summary

Harvey is building the Transformation Office to help leading legal and professional services adopt AI. As a Strategy Associate, you will turn inputs—usage data, client context, and engagement learnings—into playbooks, frameworks, analyses, and executive-ready materials that make transformation repeatable, scalable, and measurable.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent).
• Exceptional quantitative/data analysis skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets; can structure messy data and build trusted analyses.
• Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work in legal, financial services, or professional services.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex ideas.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias to action; willing to ship and iterate.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on professional work.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight by pulling and analyzing adoption data; build models, dashboards, and impact analyses.
• Build playbooks and frameworks that scale; codify into reusable materials.
• Synthesize best practices from engagements into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps.
• Build executive-ready communications for senior partners and leadership.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Synthesize learnings into thought leadership; travel up to 25% of the time.
