Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Strategy Associate to join the Transformation Office, building the analytics backbone for AI-enabled transformations. You will turn raw inputs into playbooks, analyses, and executive-ready materials that scale across engagements.

In this high-ownership role, you will size impact, develop scalable methodology, and support strategic engagements. Travel up to 25% and close collaboration with Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent).
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills in Excel/Sheets.
• Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, or strategy work.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias to action; ownership mindset.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on professional work.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight by pulling and analyzing adoption and usage data across accounts.
• Build scalable playbooks, templates, and methodology from proven engagements.
• Synthesize lessons learned into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps.
• Create executive-ready narratives, decks, and one-pagers for senior partners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to keep work on track.
• Capture learnings to feed internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
