Harvey is building a Transformation Office and seeks a Strategy Associate to turn raw inputs into playbooks, analyses, and executive-ready materials that scale transformation for leading clients. You will work with senior partners and gain exposure to Harvey leadership, with travel up to 25%.

This high-ownership role requires strong quantitative skills, a track record in strategy consulting, and a drive to codify best practices into repeatable frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB — McKinsey, BCG, Bain — or equivalent).
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight: analyze adoption/usage data and build models that tell what drives transformation.
• Build scalable playbooks, templates, and methodology for engagements.
• Capture best practices from engagements into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps.
• Create executive-ready communications (narratives, decks, one-pagers) for senior partners and leadership.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.
