Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight by pulling, structuring, and analyzing adoption and usage data across accounts.
• Build playbooks and frameworks that scale into reusable templates and methodologies.
• Capture best practices from transformation engagements into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps.
• Build executive-ready communications to senior partners and leadership with clear narratives.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success without losing momentum.
• Synthesize learnings into internal knowledge and external thought leadership for AI transformation.
