Responsibilities

• Own transformation engagements end to end and drive outcomes.
• Map workflows and identify high-value opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and enablement.
• Advise on operating model; govern and manage KPIs.
• Handoff with rigor to Customer Success and document learnings.
• Contribute to playbooks and methodology.
• Travel up to 50%
