Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Strategy Associate for its Transformation Office to turn data into actionable insights and scalable playbooks. You will analyze adoption data, build dashboards, and craft methodologies that accelerate engagements across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.

You will produce executive-ready narratives and track progress, working directly with senior partners and clients in a high-growth environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB) or equivalent.
• Exceptional quantitative and data-analysis skills; comfortable structuring messy data.
• Proven ability to build playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
• Experience with transformation, change management, or strategy in professional services.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight by analyzing adoption and usage data; build models, dashboards, and impact analyses.
• Build scalable playbooks, templates, and methodology for engagements.
• Synthesize learnings into repeatable materials, stakeholder maps, and workflows.
• Create executive-ready decks and one-pagers for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.
