VSP Vision Care is seeking a senior strategic planner to drive enterprise-level initiatives and support CEO-level strategy across the organization. The role focuses on developing long-term plans, coordinating board content, and translating industry insights into actionable programs.

The candidate will work with leadership to identify opportunities, measure progress with metrics, and influence stakeholders to deliver results in a dynamic healthcare retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in strategy or related fields.
• Working knowledge in the vision, healthcare or insurance industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clear messaging.
• Highly proficient in Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise, pillar, and line of business strategies.
• Support longer-term strategic and business plans and annual operational planning.
• Coordinate and prepare content for Board meetings as needed.
• Develop insights on the vision care industry and related trends globally.
• Identify strategic initiatives and define pragmatic solutions with leaders.
• Maintain qualitative and quantitative metrics to track progress against goals.
• Engage in virtual environments with remote/hybrid roles to ensure alignment.
