Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures in New York is seeking an operations‑driven professional to help scale our fintech platform. You will own workflows, automate recurring tasks, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape product and AI agent development.

You will contribute to structured credit product delivery, improve business processes across teams, and help iterate on the product platform and its agents in a fast‑growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in investment banking, private credit, or private equity.
• Strong ownership and detail-oriented mindset with clear communication.
• Familiar with AI and coding tools and automating recurring workflows.
• Startup experience is valued.

Join a small fintech team building AI-powered capital products for consumer businesses. This role works across operations and product, partnering closely with company leadership to improve how the business runs and help develop its next generation of software and AI agents.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Base salary range: $110,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
