Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision making.
• Experience working directly with technical teams and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred.
