Job summary

true-talent-solutions-partners is seeking a seasoned AI/Full-stack engineer to help build agents and workflows across fintech platforms. You will own end-to-end projects, selecting models and frameworks to meet real client needs in a fast-paced startup environment.

You have 5–15 years of product-building experience, including founder or startup leadership, and a track record of delivering complex AI solutions with autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience building products from 0 to 1 as a full-stack engineer.
• Founder or founding engineer experience with strong ownership.
• Experience building agents with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools.
• Strong expertise in at least one full-stack programming language.
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomous problem solving, and collaboration with clients.
• Undergraduate degree from a highly regarded university.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an applied AI team building intelligent systems that change how work gets done across a growing financial technology company. You will develop agents and workflows that take on complex tasks end to end, helping the organization operate in new ways as AI capabilities advance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and improve AI agents that perform meaningful work within company workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate complex processes and design systems that support increasingly autonomous operations.
• Work directly with internal teams and clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Own projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance.
• Explore models, agent frameworks, and infrastructure to determine the right approach for each use case.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5 to 15 years of experience building products from 0 to 1 as a full-stack engineer.
• Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or software engineer at a fast-paced, venture-backed startup, with strong ownership and sustained career progression.
• Experience building agents with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbot applications, and clear perspectives on matching models to use cases.
• Strong expertise in at least one full-stack programming language, a product mindset, and the ability to work across engineering and product responsibilities.
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomous problem solving, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• An undergraduate degree from a highly regarded university and an interest in building or founding companies.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $150,000 to $300,000 annually.

LOCATION Remote within the United States, with New York, New York as the primary location.
