General Dynamics Mission Systems has an opening for a Strategy and Business Development Senior Manager in the Seaborne Platform Systems (SPS) segment of the Undersea Mission Solutions (UMS) business. This role focuses on submarine and platform integration supporting US Navy maritime and Subsea Seabed Warfare missions. The position is based in Greensboro, NC or Pittsfield, MA.
The SBDSM will lead strategy formulation and business development activities for UMS initiatives, including cultivating U.S. Government and international customers, leading capture teams, managing investment funds, and developing strategic plans. Reporting to the UMS Strategy and Business Development Director, the role involves supporting the Business Area Segment Director and collaborating with other MSS Undersea business teams.
The position can be home-based in Chantilly, VA, Greensboro, NC, or Pittsfield, MA.
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years. Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred; Top Secret or TS/SCI is a plus. U.S. citizenship required due to security requirements.
