The position reports to the Director of Risk Assessment & Monitoring, Global Ethics and Compliance, and involves building out the Risk Assessments and Monitoring function.

What You Will Do

1. Support the strategic implementation of risk assessment plans.
2. Participate in data analytics and machine learning initiatives to enhance assessment outcomes.
3. Develop and expand risk assessment activities, providing data and analytics to leadership, and tracking corrective actions.
4. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on risk assessment and compliance programs.
5. Improve data environment and automation solutions using tools like Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Tableau.
6. Travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years, or 14 years of experience without a degree.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in compliance or audit functions, familiarity with regulatory assessments.
• Experience managing audits and assessments, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience analyzing large data streams to generate insights.
• Understanding of IT, business processes, and business intelligence methodologies.
