Position:

Senior Manager, Early Intervention Market Access, Pricing, and ASP Execution (Remote, USA)

Responsibilities include:
  1. Early Intervention Pricing Strategy (Analytics, Tracking, Forecasting, Communication)
    • Collaborate with Janssen Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems on market analytics and tracking.
    • Lead communication on pricing aligning with corporate guidelines.
    • Partner with leadership to forecast future pricing evaluations.
    • Evaluate deal impacts and strategy deployment on gross-to-net (GTN).
  2. Field Contract Evaluation and Compliance
    • Evaluate impact of market access deals on ASP and GTN.
    • Ensure data accuracy in contract evaluations.
    • Track contract progress, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with sales management.
    • Conduct regular contract reviews with Field Sales Leadership.
    • Lead communication on contract adjustments and implementations.
  3. Market Access Assessment and Policy Insights
    • Gather payor insights and analytics.
    • Communicate policy updates and market developments.
    • Leverage dashboards for plan evaluations.
    • Support strategic analyses using internal and external data.
  4. Strategic Development and Market Access Messaging
    • Collaborate across functions to execute market access and pricing strategies.
    • Gather VOC feedback for new capabilities.
    • Engage with advocacy groups and KOLs.
    • Monitor competitive environment and policy changes.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required; Business/Marketing/Finance preferred; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, market access, payer relations, or account management preferred.
  • Reimbursement experience is a plus.
  • Leadership and organizational skills, data analysis proficiency (Excel), and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%).
  • Residence within current geography or proximity to a DePuy Synthes office.
Additional Information:

Base salary range: $120,000 - $207,000. Performance bonus, company car, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, time off, and other perks included.
