We are dramatically reshaping how they experience care, with a unique blend of consumer, health care, and risk management expertise all within one company.

About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to serve as the end-to-end owner across our product portfolio of our medical device and diagnostic strategy in addition to serving as a product strategy generalist focusing on member experience, high visibility cross-enterprise integrations, and operations strategy. This role focuses on ensuring the successful integration and ongoing optimization of medical devices and diagnostics across our portfolio of products. This role is responsible for both the development and implementation of strategy along with the management of ongoing product integrations across dozens of device manufacturers and diagnostics partners. You will define and own continuous improvement initiatives to member experience, data throughput, supply chain, cost, and quality of vendor-product integrations.

As the primary leader overseeing device and diagnostics strategy, you will define how remote monitoring technologies and diagnostics fit into our broader product vision. You will take an active leadership role in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance oversight, ensuring vendors meet the needs of our business, clients, and members. In addition, you will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, identify operational pain points, problem-solve sustainable solutions, and lead the execution of improvements that enhance device performance, member experience, and overall business outcomes.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership and operational execution. You must be able to set a vision, analyze data, identify trends, and as a result deliver innovation while in parallel managing real-time challenges, troubleshooting issues, and providing hands-on leadership over daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy and Vision
  2. Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for medical device and diagnostics integrations in alignment with company goals.
  3. Identify emerging trends in remote patient monitoring and diagnostics and translate them into strategic opportunities.

  6. Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and oversee partner performance.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration
  8. Partner with engineering, marketing, data science, clinical, and legal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  9. Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the product team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  10. Product Management
  11. Oversee end-to-end medical device and diagnostics integrations across our portfolio, from ideation and design to launch and optimization.
  12. Ensure all solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and deliver a five-star member experience.
  13. Customer Focus
  14. Leverage user research, feedback, and data analytics to drive product decisions and improvements that enhance member and clinician experience.
  15. Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate product design to highly marketable collateral.
  16. Metrics and Performance
  17. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and team impact.
  18. Continuously analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve our solutions.
