Job summary

Tanner Pharma Group is seeking a Business Analyst & Strategy Associate CTS to join the CTS leadership team in Charlotte. The role focuses on turning market, customer, and performance data into actionable insights, running the operating rhythm, and moving priorities from discussion to execution.

Candidate will support commercial analytics, tracking, and cross-functional projects while using AI to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, life sciences or similar analytical field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience; internships, consulting or research projects valued.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability; comfortable structuring ambiguous problems.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build clean models and executive slides.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis or writing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run CTS leadership and BD meeting cadence; prepare agendas, scorecards, rocks, to-dos, and decisions.
• Own CTS scorecard and KPI dashboards; monitor pipeline, bookings, win rate, revenue and margins.
• Analyze clinical-trial landscapes, sponsor activity, and competitor moves using data sources.
• Maintain CRM data quality; produce weekly pipeline reports and forecasts.
• Support pricing and opportunity models with Finance and Operations.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for customer pitches and leadership reviews.
• Lead or support strategic projects like market assessments and budget/forecast prep.
• Coordinate across Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
