This role requires deep experience in business analytics, problem structuring, and rapid prototyping of AI-enabled insights, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in business analytics or strategy/management consulting.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
Strong analytical orientation and comfort with data.
Ability to move from business question → hypothesis → analysis → insight → decision/action.
Willingness to learn emerging AI technologies and apply them to business problems.

Responsibilities

Understand objectives, economics, processes and the decisions to be made; avoid merely documenting requirements.
Challenge assumptions and structure problems into clear hypotheses and analyses.
Explore data to develop insights and translate findings into actions.
Prototype solutions quickly using GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics and low/no-code tools.
Orchestrate diverse teams and experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Communicate findings in business language and drive measurable impact.
Continuously learn and apply new AI capabilities to improve decisions.
