Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a TMG Operations Analyst to support the VP of Finance and Analytics and the management team. You will develop and maintain automation for finance reporting and population health reporting initiatives, and create dashboards in Epic PB and Ambulatory to support decision making.

The role requires 2 years of BI reporting experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in BI reporting and healthcare analytics.
• Experience supporting healthcare finance and population health reporting.
• Working knowledge of Epic PB and Ambulatory.
• Ability to develop dashboards and forecasts from data.
