Job summary

Ethicrithm Inc. seeks a Strategist, Governance Advisory to lead hands‑on governance design and delivery for Foundry deployments at scale. You will run client sessions, draft governance and security deliverables, and guide engagements from kickoff to final readout in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with the VP, Governance & Advisory and Deployment teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes across concurrent engagements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience at the platform administration level.
• Experience across multiple Foundry implementations or business domains.
• Experience with Foundry permissions, group management, and ontology structure.
• Ability to produce long form client‑ready written deliverables.
• Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.
• Experience with Center of Excellence or enablement programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple governance engagements and present deliverables to client stakeholders through iteration.
• Design platform operations frameworks and enterprise ontology governance models.
• Design security, permissions, identity mapping, and branch protection support within scope.
• Create citizen-developer enablement frameworks including tiers and onboarding paths.
• Contribute reusable patterns to the Governance & Best Practices practice and assist pre‑sales scoping.
