Job summary

ISS Stoxx Corporate seeks a highly skilled professional for a client-facing advisory role in executive compensation and corporate governance. You will work with senior executives from major companies, delivering insights from market data and tools while educating boards on ESG developments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with 60%+ of the S&P 500, analyzing proposals, leveraging databases, and producing client deliverables. Hybrid work and travel up to 5% are noted.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a related role or an equivalent advanced degree with a strong understanding of the executive compensation and corporate governance landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or other related graduate degree is a strong plus.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills.
• Technical comfort, including the ability to quickly learn and train on SaaS applications.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives to understand needs and provide tailored advisory services on executive compensation and governance trends and best practices.
• Analyze client data and proposals to identify concerns from a shareholder perspective.
• Leverage governance and compensation databases to extract actionable intelligence and synthesize insights.
• Develop polished client deliverables and engage in discussions with C-Suite executives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and showcase the value proposition of ISS Corporate Solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white-papers, toolkits, webinars, and industry-wide presentations.
