Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, MIS or ethics/philosophy required or equivalent.
• MBA or JD is highly preferred for advanced leadership and policy work.
• Native language fluency is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances.
• English proficiency: minimum B1 (Intermediate) level for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic AI use-case roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Design governance frameworks with accountability models and policies.
• Lead regulatory compliance assessments (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF).
• Create ethical rubrics for explainability and fairness.
• Facilitate training to scale responsible AI adoption across teams.
