Qualifications

Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates.
Ability to build relationships and influence across internal and external partners.
Analytical, organized, and able to translate data into recommendations.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.

Responsibilities

Lead project management for Community Affairs initiatives from planning to follow-through.
Build relationships across functions to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve participation and efficiency and recommend improvements.
Prepare and present program updates to leadership.
Represent Community Affairs in cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-through.
