Job summary

GEICO seeks a Manager of Communications Strategy and Execution for Corporative Initiatives to lead and execute programs driving brand awareness and stakeholder engagement. You will craft content for emails, webinars and videos, and collaborate with executives and SMEs to shape strategic communications across internal and external audiences.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a strong writing ability, and a proven track record in managing complex campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; English/communications focus preferred.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing communications and brand strategies.
• Excellent writing and ability to communicate ideas creatively and concisely.
• Able to work across teams in a highly collaborative way.
• Strong project management and people management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and learn and apply large amounts of technical information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and execution of GEICO’s key corporate initiatives to develop those programs and meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate complex concepts into memorable, emotionally relevant content.
• Create communications and materials that meet specialized needs while ensuring a compelling brand message across channels.
• Deliver content via automated emails personalized with variable data, live webinars, recorded videos, etc.
• Able to lead a small team of Communication Specialists and other partners.
• Establish processes that maximize collaboration and deliver results.
• Track and report progress of programs and campaigns.
• Generate ideas to meet business needs in new and profound ways.
• Demonstrate understanding of GEICO’s business and industry; adhere to Code of Conduct.
• Meets attendance standards at location to perform necessary job functions and interact with management.
