Cursor is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to own our most strategic customer engagements—from first workshop through delivery. You’ll sit with executive sponsors, surface high-value use cases, and translate them into tightly scoped projects with clear ROI.

You'll work in a small, empowered pod, own the executive relationship, and stay hands-on at the configuration layer with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform tooling, bridging business outcomes and technical delivery.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or an Engagement Manager role.
• Strong technical credibility with AI-production workflows.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical work and ROI.
• Comfort with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Ability to read Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to partner with engineers.
• Executive presence to earn trust with C-suite and eng leads.

Responsabilidades

• Scope engagements with executive sponsors and translate problems into time-boxed deliverables.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to validate feasibility and constraints.
• Collaborate with FDEs to implement configurations and integrations without heavy custom code.
• Provide hands-on technical enablement, training, and reusable playbooks.
• Maintain executive relationships from kickoff to handoff and beyond.
• Identify expansion opportunities and communicate product gaps with specificity.
