Qualified Health is an AI-native company redefining healthcare operations. This role owns the sensory and modeling capability for headcount planning, total rewards, and labor-cost forecasting, influencing Board inputs and company planning.

You’ll integrate with Finance, People Ops, and Recruiting to build robust forecasts, alanalyze cost drivers, and support strategic decisions at scale in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in people ops, labor-cost FP&A, or related finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling with people-forward cost structures.
• Experience with total rewards analytics: comp design, benchmarking, banding.
• Track record of improving forecasts and models over time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end people-cost modeling: GTM comp, incentives, equity, benefits and programs.
• Contribute a clean people-cost layer into Finance forecasts with hiring, ramp and attrition inputs.
• Own headcount planning rituals quarterly, tying goals to cost reality.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to People Ops, Recruiting, and Finance.
