Neko Health AB is expanding into the US market and seeks a strategic Workforce Management Lead to analyze labour performance from data to decisions. You will develop forecasts, design AI-enabled staffing approaches, and build dashboards to drive cost efficiency while supporting day-to-day rota scheduling across clinics.

The role combines analytics, tool-building, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Medical Operations to optimize staffing and reduce waste.

Qualifications

Built a workforce forecasting model or scheduling dashboard from scratch.
Applied AI or ML methods to workforce planning, forecasting, or scheduling.
Led workforce planning and labour metrics analysis across multiple sites.
Strong data skills with Excel, Tableau, SQL.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end analysis of labour performance metrics from raw data to strategic actions.
Develop short- and long-term labor forecasts using historical data and seasonality.
Provide leadership with staffing and operational recommendations during demand surges.
Explore AI-enabled approaches to shift-pattern design and forecasting accuracy.
Design forecasting models, dashboards, and staffing tools for scheduling and leave management.
Coordinate with HR and Operations on absenteeism, overtime, and productivity gaps.
Support rota scheduling and shift coverage across clinics in multiple geographies.
