Job summary

HealtheDge is seeking a senior professional to drive workforce forecasting and capacity planning across the company’s operations. You will own end-to-end forecasting processes and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.

In this role, you will develop short-, mid-, and long-range models, partner with Finance, HR, and operations to align headcount with budgets, and ensure staffing timelines meet leadership deadlines. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or capacity planning.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency; SQL preferred.
• Experience partnering with Finance, HR, and business leaders on headcount planning.

• Lead end-to-end forecasting and capacity planning across operational functions.
