Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, resource management, staffing, or operational planning within a complex organization.
• Experience assessing workforce demand, resource capacity, skills, and availability to inform staffing and hiring priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce and resource planning by evaluating staff capacity, skills, and projected demand.
• Lead staffing and hiring coordination with leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Establish and maintain workforce planning processes, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations on workforce composition and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffing to address competing needs and improve responsiveness.
• Develop workforce management practices leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools.
