Job summary

MITRE is seeking a Strategic Resource Lead in the Influence and Integration Department to provide expert resourcing and budgeting guidance to our Government sponsor. You will plan, allocate, and analyze resources to support critical missions, coordinating with senior intelligence officials and ensuring funding aligns with priorities.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with poly, extensive PPBE/IPPBE experience, and a track record of rigorous budget analysis and executive writing.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's; 3 years with a PhD.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• On-site requirement: 5 days a week on-site.
• Experience with CBJB, NIP, or MIP.
• Experience with PPBE or IPPBE cycles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis results and recommendations for budget documents and inquiries.
• Assess baselines to ensure alignment with directorate needs.
• Interpret policy changes and language impacts on resources.
• Review budget exhibits to inform resource strategy.
• Leverage IT systems to monitor current budget allocations.
• Provide unbiased recommendations to senior government officials.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Science/Analytics or related field
