Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead Workforce Staffing (WFS) Transformation initiatives. You will drive analytics-powered solutions, develop strategic roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize global recruitment processes spanning 1M+ hires and 5M+ applications annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • 3+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in written and oral communication with all levels of the organization (technical, business, executive).
  • 2+ years of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program execution for data analytics and process engineering initiatives across global workforce staffing operations (1M+ hires, 5M+ applications annually across the globe).
  • Own program strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for analytics solutions – dashboards, automated reporting, and insight generation tracking hiring funnel performance, cost per hire, and fill rate metrics.
  • Lead process engineering to drive global standardization of metrics and build scalable frameworks that improve efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL to generate insights for workforce planning, risk detection, and early attrition signals enabling faster intervention on quality-of-hire indicators.
  • Leverage generative AI to accelerate insight generation, automate workflows, and develop innovative solutions enhancing program delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies, translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations tied to Must Win goals.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver executive-ready white papers and presentations communicating program outcomes to senior leadership.]
