Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Senior Director to lead strategic workforce planning, people analytics (Visier), and workforce alignment to ensure cohesion between workforce, operations, and financial strategy.

This role builds a data-driven capability, forecasting demand across corporate, clinical, and non-clinical roles while addressing skill gaps and optimizing work design across buy/build/borrow/automate strategies.

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, organizational strategy or consulting.
7 years of relevant experience leading and developing team members.

Responsibilities

Leads enterprise strategic workforce planning framework integrating workforce, financial, and operational strategies.
Owns enterprise people analytics strategy, Visier platform roadmap, and data governance.
Leads transition to a skills-based workforce model with reskilling and upskilling.
Aligns organizational structure and talent practices with strategic priorities.
Partners with HR, Finance, Operations to embed workforce planning in annual and long-range planning.
Builds and leads a Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Center of Excellence.
