Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Senior Director, Workforce Intelligence to establish systemwide workforce analytics standards and drive data-informed decisions. You will partner with People, Schooling, Operations, and Finance to align staffing with organizational goals.

You will lead compensation benchmarking, attrition analysis, and governance initiatives while mentoring the People Team and building cross-functional capabilities to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in a relevant field (Business, Industrial/Systems Engineering, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, analytics, or enterprise transformation.
• Expertise with HRIS reporting and predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to ensure the right staffing mix and location readiness.
• Forecast labor demand, attendance, retention, and time-to-fill with real-time insights.
• Own worker data governance and risk analysis across departments.
