Job summary

Visier is a global leader in Workforce Intelligence, delivering AI-driven insights for HR to plan, decision, and act with confidence. We seek a Workforce Planning Advisor with 7–10 years exp in SWP advisory to guide enterprise clients through strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and AI-enabled transformation.

You will partner with enterprise HR and Finance leaders to optimize processes, redesign roles, and drive value realization from Visier’s planning technology.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience implementing HR/workforce solutions.
• Strong leadership of Strategic Workforce Planning advisory engagements in large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience addressing AI, automation and skills-gap analyses in org design.
• Deep HR data analytics and operations knowledge.
• Proven consulting and facilitation on cross-functional programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact advisory engagements aligning workforce tech with business drivers.
• Define and standardize delivery frameworks to ensure consistency across regions.
• Direct cross-organizational pods to ensure on-time, quality implementation.
• Partner with Sales for scoping, delivery approach, and expectations.
• Synthesize field insights to inform product roadmaps and knowledge base.
• Serve as the trusted advisor, growing customer relationships and adoption.
