Job summary

Equinix, the world's digital infrastructure company, seeks a Strategic Workforce Planning Senior Manager to lead enterprise SWP strategy aligned with organizational goals and the future of work. You will partner with HRBPs, strategy teams, and business leaders to translate strategy into long-range workforce plans, governance, and AI-enabled talent initiatives.

Responsibilities include executive storytelling, reporting to leadership, and linking SWP to headcount budgeting and workforce cost

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Strategic Workforce Planning.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience with workforce planning in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding of AI's impact on workforce design.
Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
Financial acumen with headcount budgeting and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-wide SWP strategy and governance.
Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate goals into actionable workforce plans.
Consolidate outputs into an enterprise workforce view for executives.
Integrate SWP with headcount budgeting and cost models.
Provide storytelling and insights to inform leadership decisions.
Build SWP capability and change management across the People team.
