Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Specialist to allocate field resources efficiently and support project staffing plans.

You will collaborate with Operations to forecast workforce needs, assign personnel to projects, communicate changes, and develop contingency plans. The role runs 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with 0–5% travel and potential adjustments to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED or an Associate's degree with related experience.
• Travel: 0-5%.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; hours may vary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Operations to understand workforce needs and create staffing plans.
• Assigns team members to projects based on staffing plan.
• Communicates changes in work assignments to affected individuals and teams.
• Alerts leaders if staffing plans cannot be met and helps develop contingency plans.
• Provides visibility into staffing information for stakeholders across the company.
• Analyzes data related to workforce and staffing, and presents insights to leadership.
• Performs other related duties as required.
