• Assign staff to projects according to staffing plans.
• Communicate changes in assignments to affected team members.
• Notify leaders if staffing plans cannot meet timelines and help contingency planning.
• Forecast future staffing needs and provide workforce insights to leadership.
• Provide visibility on staffing information to stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce data and present findings to leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
