Job summary

SeekWell is hiring a Workforce Planning & Scheduling Specialist in Draper, Utah, with a hybrid onsite work arrangement. You will forecast staffing needs, build schedules, and collaborate with Operations and Intraday teams to ensure optimal coverage in the Customer Department and Distribution Center.

The role emphasizes analytical data interpretation, collaboration with leaders, and proactive planning to improve customer and employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in workforce planning or scheduling or equivalent experience in operations.
• Experience with forecast modeling and staffing adjustments.
• Strong Excel skills and data interpretation ability.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week onsite in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Make mid-term staffing/scheduling adjustments to hit service level goals.
• Manage schedules, PTO, time off, and schedule changes for optimal coverage and compliance.
• Maintain long-term capacity plans and reconcile actuals vs forecast weekly.
• Analyze volumes, attrition, trends, and variables to drive productivity.
• Conduct ad hoc data pulls/forecasting for partners using historical data and seasonality.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders to boost efficiency and readiness.
