Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Analyst to support enterprise workforce planning, staffing alignment, and labor utilization across the project portfolio. You will work with account leaders and delivery teams to align workforce supply with forecasted demand, leveraging data and metrics to guide decisions.

In this role, you will analyze workforce demand, utilization, and resource allocation, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with leaders to implement staffing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or related operations.
• Experience forecasting, staffing, labor utilization, and resource allocation in a complex setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret workforce data and provide recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities with multi-priority oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management across accounts and projects.
• Analyze demand, utilization, and allocation to provide actionable insights and optimize staffing.
• Identify gaps and risks; collaborate with leaders to implement solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce supply with demand and governance needs.
• Contribute to workforce reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for visibility and decision-making.
