Job summary

SeekWell is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our team in Draper, Utah. You will manage comprehensive benefits programs, enrollment, and open enrollment, delivering reliable support to associates and leaders.

This role requires ADP and Excel proficiency, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. A hybrid schedule with 3–4 onsite days is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Experience with health insurance, retirement plans, leave administration, and voluntary benefits.
• Experience using ADP, benefits administration software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work 3-4 days per week onsite as part of our hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans.
• Manage benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, status changes, terminations, and eligibility administration through ADP.
• Support annual open enrollment, associate education, and benefits communications.
• Serve as a trusted resource for associates and leaders, delivering exceptional customer service and benefits support.
• Partner with the Communications team to promote benefits programs and increase associate awareness and understanding.
• Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and associate feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities to ensure accurate benefits administration.
• Partner with vendors, Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve benefits-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the associate experience.
• Monitor ACA eligibility requirements and complete benefits compliance initiatives, reporting, and documentation.
