Job summary

MGM National Harbor is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to orchestrate schedules across all departments. You will build dynamic schedules using workforce management software, forecast staffing needs, and analyze KPIs such as service levels and occupancy.

This role partners with department leaders to balance business needs with labor agreements and ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of workforce management experience or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage dynamic schedules across all departments.
• Serve as SME for Workforce Management systems, tracking performance and downtime.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop efficient labor strategies.
• Ensure schedules comply with labor agreements and legal requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, and AHT.
